THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CLIENT WAS VERY PARTICULAR ON THE SUSTAINABLE ASPECTS AND BRINGING OUT THE INTERIORS IN A TRADITIONAL WAY & EXTERIOR TO BE WITH A MODERN TOUCH.

THIS SOUTH FACING MODERN SUSTAINABLE RESIDENCE WITH A SITE AREA OF 1,665 SQ.FT IS CONFINED BY RAT-TRAP BOND & EXPOSED BRICK WORK, JALI WALL, WINGED WINDOWS, CLAY-POT FILLER SLAB, ATRIUM OR SKY LIGHT ON POOJA, DINING & STAIRCASE TO CREATE STACK EFFECT, 13’X16’ CANTILEVERED COMPOSITE STRUCTURE, CURVED ROOF WITH CONCAVE & CONVEX CURVES, TERRACE FARMING & A COCKTAIL POOL.
